The NAMM Show 2025 in Anaheim, CA was the first public event we attended, and we brought some friends.
I invited a handful of music industry pros that I consider friends and picked them up with ROCKFORCE ONE, on our way from Florida to the West coast. We stopped in Texas for a demo of the latest DOLBY Atmos studio I have built last year, and had a friendly forum discussion about the Status Quo of AI in PROFESSIONAL music production today, and where this main technological development may go.
AI is here to stay, and just like digital audio processing was seen as some kind of evil by many, when it first came out, AI is seeing a lot of push-back from professional creators and pro audio manufacturers alike.
But... what if AI didn't suck for professionals? How would that have to look and feel? Is there a way to use the technology while still being in charge of the results?
